One Sunday in each month we go as a group on a photographic expedition somewhere in Hong Kong. Each month one of the group takes charge of organising the outing. This means that we share the workload amongst ourselves. The duties of the person organising the outing are to:

• Decide on a place to go after having got opinions from members about where they would like to go.
• Organise the place to meet, time to meet and the route and timing of the outing.
• Upload the information into the Meetup site.
• Be there early on the day to meet people.

To find out details of the next outing, you need to join our group at Meetup first. Please do the following:

1. Go to www.meetup.com

2. Click on “Find a Meetup”

3. Put in Hong Kong Photography Club in the “Topic or Interest” box.

4. Click on “Join Today!”

5. Follow the instructions. It will tell you how to create a profile.
